Eligibility & Terms
Participants must be 19 years or older to enter the casinos and must present a valid Momentum card along with government-issued photo identification to participate in promotions, contests, and events at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara, as well as to receive associated rewards, benefits, and privileges. Momentum membership is free and benefits are subject to availability.
Momentum card is non-transferable and intended solely for personal use by the cardholder. Individuals banned from Ontario gaming sites are not permitted to enter the casinos or participate in any contests or promotions.
Odds of winning depend on the number of participants, and selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question to win. The promotion closes on May 28, 2025. The estimated total value of prizes is $151,650 CAD.
Car qualifiers must check in at Fallsview Casino’s Momentum Desk before 6:30 PM on May 28, 2025 to confirm participation in the Grand Prize Car Giveaway. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and additional draws may be held at 6:45 PM to select new qualifiers.
Weekly qualifiers can only be selected once during the promotion period. Free Play prizes won through promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, do not earn Status Points, and do not affect card levels. No purchase necessary. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
